We built this style of recreational center at five separate subdivisions. Each had a 7,000 square foot pool and deck, along with a 1,200 square foot poolhouse constructed of a masonry shell with a wood trussed roof.
One of the most interesting features of this home is what the architects refer to as the “compact zone”.
The back wall of the main living area serves as a kind of giant advent calendar, providing access to rooms and functions through a
series of flush doors.
